·         You should create a tangible product that you can resell, package and brand it.

 

1.    Your product should be objective and outcome driven.  It should sell the dream!

2.    It should set goals

3.    Results should be regularly measured

4.    Graduation & celebration

5.    Understand their destination expectation

 

·         Retention, Referrals, Renewals, Reactivation, Recharge

 

·         Paul suggested that you do not keep the price of your product on your website.  I question this, as a lot of time can be wasted just answering client basic questions.

 

·         Always have a photo on your business card – sounding very real estatey!  Your business card should have your photo, demonstrate your brand, offer something, and have a call to action.

 

·         Your business is about getting client from point A to point B, they can do this is a taxi or a limo.  What service do you offer?
