Hi!

I am having issues with a client’s credit card feed in XERO. There is one single credit card account, but 3 separate users, 3 separate statement, 3 separate cards, 3 separate client ID’s and 3 separate passwords, but this cumulates in to one total statement that is paid.

We set up one card in XERO and that worked fine, but when we went to set up the second card, there was no ability to enter password details, and no further feed options were shown.

I deleted the account, and re-entered it, but still no option to enter password or view additional feeds. Any suggestions?
