A client asked me “What Xero integrated payment services allow you to on-charge the fees to the client?” I looked at eight different solutions, and two had this feature: IntegraPay and eWay.
- Can your solution accept payment by credit card? Yes
- Can additional credit card or payment fee charges be automatically added to the Xero invoice? Yes. You define this when you set it up.
- How is the data reconciled in Xero? Auto reconciliation and is easy to use.

Note: You can either set up a Direct Debit for the client via a link on a Xero Invoice, the client can choose to pay by credit card or EFT via the Xero Invoice, or you can include a link to set up the Direct Debit on the sales/hire contract
