Have you received the following error message in MYOB?
The paper size you have indicated for printing cheques is US Legal.
The paper size chosen in Print Setup appears to be A4.
An appropriate choice in Print Setup would be US Legal: 21.59 x 35.56 cm, portrait orientation.
To permanently resolve this issue you will need to change the pre-selected paper size of cheque.
To do this GOTO your menu bar and select Setup->Customise Forms->Cheques.
The following window will appear:-
SELECT the drop down arrow, and The following window will appear:-
SELECT the cheque template that you use, and CLICK Use Form. Then the Select from List window will disappear and CLICK Customise on the Customise Form window.
From the menu bar at the top of the screen CLICK on the 10th icon along which will pop up with the phrase ‘Click this tool to modify the properties of the form’.
The Form Properties – Cheque window appears and you need to change the Paper field to A4 letter. Then CLICK OK->OK->Cancel.
Your printing issues should be resolved.
