Recently I had two particular issues with OUTLOOK 2007. I had read the book. I had searched the forums. I googled, and asked questions of my IT colleagues in the know. I receive various emails from Microsoft, and one of them directed me to http://support.microsoft.com/. I lodged an email detailing my issues. Within 24 hours Nony had contacted me, with two detailed solutions to my problems. I was amazed that I got a response, a response from a real person, a response that did not refer me to read a manual, a response that specifically dealt with my problem, and provided me with a concise usable solution, that worked! Personalised service from such a large organisation. Thank-you Microsoft.
