I changed my customised form on MYOB Premier but the other users can not locate it.

Answer

When you Customised Forms for MYOB Premier they need to be copied to the local directory of every computer that hopes to use access MYOB Premier. Every time a change is made, ALL the directories need to be updated. The local directory is normally found c:Premier11/Forms.
