I am going to try and set up another user in XERO with restricted access.
I visit the XERO help centre and search for user.
I want to set up a XERO user who only has access to creating invoices. This is called- invoice – approve and pay only user.
Additional XERO Users can be set up under Settings->General Settings->Users
The options are quite easy to understand, and it is super quick.
I find the XERO invite a user text box to be quite small.
I send an email, and will wait and see whether it works.
I also quickly set up a client in XERO. I actually need to import them all; maybe I will do that later on today.
My ANZ bank feed is also now active, so I am happy about that.
