Question :
When I call up help in MYOB the following screen pops up “We’re sorry this help topic isn’t available in your version of MYOB Help. It might be available in the Internet Based version of MYOB help, however.” Are we missing something? The preferences are set to select help from the internet

Answer : It sounds like the original installation was done using a trial version downloaded from the internet. Back up the data file, and the customised forms and do a full uninstall and reinstall from disc.
