Interestingly some of the key players are actively tweeting, they need to, for it is a place to communicate, and if peeps (people on twitter) are listening, then, if you want your voice to be heard you need to talk here. Anyway I have been active, and as you can see from the tweet comments above, that appeared on the ABC website, the political journalist Laurie Oakes has commented on one of my tweets.

The hash tag for watching he election on twitter is #ausvotes. Simply click on the word, within a tweet (not here) and it will take you to a stream or conversation of people talking about the election. It is certainly makes for interesting reading, perhaps it is only the opinions of people on twitter, but at least it is not the opinions of Murdoch and Packer, it is Australia with a voice.
